"Global Cabal Dossier" (71 pages, 3 pages per sheet), detailing a unified criminal
enterprise involving RICO predicate acts, systemic financial fraud, money laundering,
and crimes against humanity.
2. CLAIM FOR AWARD: Pursuant to applicable whistleblower reward provisions
regarding information leading to successful enforcement actions, I hereby file this formal
claim for the mandatory minimum award of 10% of all recovered assets, fines, and treble
damages resulting from the investigation and prosecution of the named enterprise.
3. ELECTION OF MINIMUM AWARD: I formally request the minimum threshold of
