Geneva, Switzerland -- The dossier begins with the foundational crime: the secret meeting at Jekyll Island, Georgia, in November 1910, where six men representing the largest banking interests drafted legislation to create a privately controlled central bank.

Participants: Senator Nelson Aldrich (Rockefeller's son-in-law); Paul Warburg (Kuhn, Loeb/Rothschild connections); Henry Davison (J.P. Morgan partner); Frank Vanderlip (Rockefeller's National City Bank); Benjamin Strong (later NY Fed President); and A. Piatt Andrew (Treasury Department).

Per Federal Reserve archival records, participants used first names only and traveled separately to avoid press attention. The resulting legislation became the Federal Reserve Act of 1913.

Legal violations identified: Conspiracy to defraud the United States (18 U.S.C. § 371); breach of fiduciary duty by Senator Aldrich; conflict of interest by all participants who benefited financially.

"Six men, representing the Morgan, Rockefeller, Rothschild, and Warburg banking interests, met in secret to draft legislation giving them private control over the public money supply," the dossier states.

The same families maintained control through institutional succession. JPMorgan Chase, successor to J.P. Morgan & Co., is today the largest U.S. bank with over $3.2 trillion in assets.
